Vircon Legal advised Quantwifi on its seed round led by Türk Telekom Ventures.
Quantwifi is a Wi-Fi-driven location-intelligence and customer-engagement platform that helps retailers, public venues and enterprises turn anonymous foot-traffic into actionable insights, on-site engagement and post-visit attribution. The product sits at the intersection of physical-space analytics, customer-data infrastructure and engagement tooling — addressing the structural gap between the deep behavioral data available to e-commerce operators and the relatively coarse measurement that physical venues have historically had to work with.
Location intelligence and physical-venue analytics has become a strategically interesting category as the operating sophistication required to compete with e-commerce has pushed retail, hospitality and public-venue operators to invest in measurement infrastructure they previously deferred. Türkiye’s combination of a deep retail and hospitality base, strong engineering talent in connectivity and analytics, and active corporate-strategic capital from telecom and infrastructure operators has produced a credible cluster of builders in this segment. Telecom-corporate venture capital plays a particularly load-bearing role here, because the connectivity infrastructure itself is the substrate that location-intelligence products are built on top of.
Türk Telekom Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Türk Telekom, investing in early- and growth-stage technology companies across telecommunications-adjacent verticals — from connectivity infrastructure to customer-experience platforms. For a Wi-Fi-driven analytics platform, having a telecom-corporate lead investor delivers both distribution into the operator’s enterprise customer base and infrastructure-level credibility with new buyers, which is materially difficult for purely financial investors to replicate. The seed round positions Quantwifi to deepen its product surface across location intelligence and on-site engagement, with corporate-strategic alignment that materially compresses the path into telecom-operator enterprise channels.
