We believe a healthy startup ecosystem needs legal knowledge to be accessible — not locked behind a paywall or a billable hour. Much of what Vircon Legal gives back to the community follows from that single belief.

Open legal knowledge

Our bilingual legal glossary of more than 1,900 terms, our articles and our practical tools are free and open to everyone — founders, students and operators alike — in both Turkish and English. We maintain them as a public resource, not a lead magnet.

Çıtayı Yükseltenler & Startup Hukuku

Through the Çıtayı Yükseltenler podcast and our Startup Hukuku channel, we host candid conversations with founders and investors and share, in the open, what we learn from building and advising companies.

Mentorship and the ecosystem

Our team mentors early-stage founders and works hands-on with Türkiye\’s leading startup programs and hubs — including İTÜ Çekirdek, Kworks, QNBeyond, BTM (Bilişim Teknolojileri Merkezi), the T3 Foundation and İstanbul Teknopark — speaking, mentoring and sharing legal know-how with their founders.

Our founder is also the author of Startup Hukuku (“Startup Law”), a book whose entire proceeds he devotes to distributing it to founders and the community.

Access for early founders

We try to keep first conversations and foundational guidance accessible to founders at the earliest stage — when sound legal footing matters most and budgets are tightest.
