Consumer wellness has become one of the more strategically important consumer-tech categories of the decade, driven by structurally rising spend across nutrition, mental wellness, fitness and lifestyle. The opportunity in emerging markets is particularly interesting because category penetration is rising rapidly from a low base, but global incumbents have struggled to localize effectively. Türkiye’s combination of a digitally engaged consumer base, strong creative and content talent and an export-oriented mindset toward MENA and broader emerging markets makes it a credible launching geography for builders in this segment. Pre-seed is the right stage to validate the content-to-commerce conversion economics before scaling distribution.
