Vircon Legal advised Appsilon on its pre-seed round and concurrent secondary sales backed by Arısan İnce, DCP and Engin Kale.
Appsilon is a technology company building software products at the intersection of AI tooling and enterprise productivity, with a focus on solutions that turn complex data workflows into accessible products for non-technical operators. The wedge is the practical reality that most enterprise AI value is gated by the gap between what data and ML teams can build and what business operators can actually use day-to-day; products that close that gap with thoughtful interface design rather than additional model capability are structurally well positioned.
Enterprise productivity built on top of AI tooling has emerged as one of the higher-conviction segments of the current AI cycle, because the buyer is well-defined, the budget is durable and the ROI can be measured against existing workflow throughput. Türkiye’s combination of strong applied-AI engineering talent and an export-oriented enterprise software posture has produced a credible cluster of builders in this segment. Pre-seed rounds that combine fresh primary capital with a calibrated secondary component are increasingly common for technical founding teams transitioning from a prior engagement — the structure allows early stakeholders to crystallize partial value while keeping the cap table aligned for institutional follow-on.
Diffusion Capital Partners (DCP) is one of Turkey’s most active growth-stage technology investors; together with Arısan İnce and senior operator-angel Engin Kale, the syndicate paired patient capital with deep operating know-how. For an early-stage enterprise-software builder, having institutional capital backed by operator-angels with direct experience scaling enterprise products is materially more useful than capital alone.
