Ceren Düzovalı is a Senior Associate at Vircon Legal, working across venture-capital transactions, commercial contracting, and data-protection compliance for technology founders and investors.

Her recent work includes the structuring and documentation of pre-seed and Series A rounds, cross-border SAFE and convertible-note arrangements, IP and contractor assignment frameworks for venture-backed teams, and KVKK / GDPR compliance programs for technology and crypto-asset businesses. She works regularly alongside the firm's Managing Partner on co-counsel mandates with international firms.
