Authored by our Managing Partner Erdem Mümtaz Hacıpaşaoğlu, the book “Startup Law: Be More Skilled Than Your Lawyer, Your Investor and Your Competitors” was published as one of the foundational resources that explains startup law in Turkey in the founder‘s language.
The central thesis of the book was clear: when a founder builds their own legal literacy instead of delegating the law to the lawyer, they can negotiate on equal footing, or a step ahead: with their lawyer, their investor and their competitors.
