Lokomotif AI — AI Summit for HR Professionals

On October 14, 2025, on the invitation of Fatih Guner, our Managing Partner Erdem Mümtaz Hacıpaşaoğlu joined the Lokomotif AI — AI Summit for HR Professionals. The session covered the legal risks AI creates across professions, the use of AI in legal practice, and the rise of legal AIs.

The central thesis of the talk was clear: “We are now one prompt away from a legal violation.” What once required expertise, equipment and time — copyright infringement, leaking trade secrets, exposing personal data — can today be triggered by a single line of prompt.

Vircon Legal’s work mix is shifting

Hacıpaşaoğlu shared how the work mix for corporate clients has changed: where, in recent years, KVKK/GDPR compliance, cybersecurity, corporate structuring and managing startup investments dominated, today the weight is shifting toward legal risk and impact analysis of AI projects, identification of issues introduced by agent usage, and legally compliant use of company data with AI.

The AI governance × law intersection

Many legal regulations carefully observed before the AI revolution are now being treated by companies as if they did not exist. Hacıpaşaoğlu underlined that this intersection grows more dangerous — and more exciting — by the day.

Highlights from this summit

  • Thesis: One prompt away from a legal violation
  • Risk vectors: Copyright, trade secrets, personal data
  • Vircon Legal: Work mix shifting from KVKK/GDPR to AI governance advisory
