The third session of the Pre-Incubation Demoday training program — organised by Biruni Teknopark in collaboration with paynkolay — took place on 10 September 2025.

In this session, Vircon Legal co-founder Erdem Mümtaz Hacıpaşaoğlu delivered a talk titled “Incorporation Processes and Start-up Law,” covering company formation, corporate structuring and early-stage startup law for the program’s founders.

The program supports early-stage (pre-incubation) entrepreneurs at Biruni Teknopark as part of its contribution to the startup ecosystem.
