Anıl Sena Bayındır, together with Dr. Aybike Tunç, delivered the training “Patentability of Inventions Arising from AI Technologies” in the eighth session of the “Bilişim Hukuku 101” (Information Technology Law 101) training programme organised by the Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Informatics Society (Bilişim Topluluğu).

The session examined how inventions generated or assisted by artificial intelligence are treated under patent law — including questions of inventorship, novelty and inventive step where an AI system contributes to the inventive process — one of the fastest-moving areas at the intersection of intellectual property and emerging technology.
